Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Health Passport, a wellness agency specializing in high-end wellness treatments in Bangkok. By using our services, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Health Passport offers a variety of premium wellness treatment programs. 
These programs are detailed on our website and include services such as medical check-ups, stem cell treatments, detox programs, and other wellness therapies designed to promote health and vitality. These treatments are available exclusively
in Bangkok, Thailand.

We may also collect aggregated, anonymized data for statistical and research purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you and is processed in compliance with relevant data protection laws.

2. Inquiry and Booking Process

To inquire about a program, the Customer must complete the inquiry form provided on our website. Once submitted, a Health Passport representative will contact you via email to discuss your preferred treatment options, address any questions, and provide additional details regarding the program.

3. Payment Process

Upon agreeing on a program and its details, including cost, the Customer will receive payment instructions via email. Full payment is required prior to the confirmation of the booking. Health Passport reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any bookings that are not paid in full.

In certain instances, such as processing sensitive data, we will seek your explicit consent before proceeding with data collection and processing.

4. Travel and Treatment

After payment has been settled, the Customer is responsible for making travel arrangements to Bangkok, Thailand. HealthPassport will provide the necessary information and assistance in preparing for your treatments. Upon arrival in Bangkok, the Customer will receive the wellness treatments as per the purchased program.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No Refund for Cancellations: Once payment has been made, there will be no refund if the Customer cancels their booking.

  • Rescheduling: The Customer has the option to reschedule their treatment program. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to Health Passport. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 15 days before the scheduled treatment date. Failure to reschedule within the specified time frame may result in the loss of the booking.

6. Travel and Health Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for booking their own flights to Bangkok. Health Passport will cover the cost of hotel accommodations for the duration of the treatment program. The Customer must also ensure that they meet the health and safety requirements necessary to undergo the wellness treatments. Health Passport will not be held liable for any medical conditions, accidents, or other health-related issues arising before, during, or after the treatments.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Health Passport is committed to ensuring the highest standards of wellness treatments. However, we do not guarantee any specific results. By booking a treatment, the Customer acknowledges that wellness treatments may not yield predictable outcomes and that individual results can vary. Health Passport will not be held liable for any adverse effects, complications, or dissatisfaction arising from the treatments provided.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Health Passport is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided by the Customer will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will use your data solely for the purpose of processing your booking and delivering the services you have purchased. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Health Passport reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
